Separator Pressure Protection with Simple and Efficient Voting Logic
Take a deep dive into our whitepaper to discover how our solutions are making it easier and safer to monitor pressure in Oil/Water/Gas separators. We'll discuss why it's crucial to monitor pressure in separators and the risks of neglecting it. We'll also explore the importance of implementing robust protection measures, such as Safety Instrumented Systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. Finally, we'll look closer at the advanced features of logic solvers like the SLA Multiloop Logic Solver that can enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
330R2 Digital Process & Temperature Panel Meter
The 330R2 digital process and temperature panel meter is one of the most versatile meters on the market. Its universal input and dual process relays will satisfy a wide variety of process and temperature applications. Housed in a 1/8 DIN enclosure, the meter can be field programmed to accept process voltage (0-5V, 1-5V, 0-10V, ±10V) and current (0-20mA, 4-20mA, ±20mA) inputs, 100 Ohm RTDs, and the four most common thermocouples.
In process facilities, maintaining reliable communication between field instruments and control systems is essential. Area isolation or signal splitting enables secondary systems to connect without affecting the primary loop. The 15mm ECT-DIN signal isolator is a narrow isolator that fits perfectly in existing cabinets, making it ideal for tight spaces. It has UL approval for hazardous areas and can operate at extreme temperatures, ranging from -40°C to 85°C, ensuring reliability without the need for climate control.
HES HART to Ethernet Gateway System
The HES HART to Ethernet Gateway System allows for the conversion of signals from wired HART devices to Ethernet MODBUS/TCP and HART-IP. It's a flexible and cost-effective solution to collect process data and instrument diagnostics from one or multiple smart HART devices in a network and share it over an Ethernet infrastructure with MODBUS/TCP or HART-IP hosts. This enables advanced monitoring of critical process variables and parameters.
