Moore Industries: Alarm Trips, Converting HART Signals, and New 3D CAD Models
Alarm Trips, Converting HART Signals, and New 3D CAD Models
April 2021
Hello Забери билет от Гос.Лото,
This month's newsletter explores utilizing Moore Industries Alarm Trips to monitor vibration levels in motor/pump applications, a demonstration video for the economical STA Safety Trip Alarm, and turning a HART Primary Variable into two identical Analog Outputs. We also have more 3D CAD Models that have been added to our Isolators and top Alarm categories.
When excessive vibration in motors/pumps occurs, it can be the sign of a major problem that will cause further damage or deterioration. Alarm trips such as Moore Industries SPA 2 Programmable Limit Alarm Trip or the STA Functional Safety Trip Alarm can monitor vibration sensors or accelerometers to detect abnormal vibration levels and provide a local trip source for the motor.
STA Safety Trip Alarm Video
Watch this video to see how Moore Industries SIL 2 and SIL 3 capable STA Safety Trip Alarm is an economical and easy-to-use way to monitor critical process signals and alert personnel to problems.
Q: How can I take a HART Primary Variable (PV) from an oxygen transmitter (with only one HART output available), and output two identical analog signals?
3D CAD Models Added for many Isolators and top Alarm models
More 3D models have been added to the Moore Industries website catalog for the Signal Isolators, Repeaters and Converters category, and models for the remainder of the most popular Alarm Trips and Trip Amplifiers have also been added. A 3D icon will appear in the lower right corner of the product image for the ones that have a 3D CAD model.
